The Northern Advisory Council handles the planning and implementation of local CPHR BC & Yukon activities and is made up of members representing a broad range of HR experience levels and areas of practice.

Your Northern Advisory Council for 2021:

	Chair – Brittany Smith, CPHR Candidate Brittany is Regional Human Capital Generalist with MNP. This is her second year as Chair and third year on the Council.
	Administrator & Networking – Manmeet Kaur Manmeet is Human Resources Generalist at Staffing Solutions Inc.. She is in her second year on the Council.
	Cariboo Regional Advisor – Lauren Bernard, CPHR Lauren is Senior Coordinator, Human Resources at Taseko Gibraltar Mine Ltd. and is on the council for the third year.
	Marketing & Communications – Tianna Rossi Tianna is the Coordinator, Medical Staff Retention and Recruitment at Northern Health. This is her third year on the advisory council.
	Membership – Kaitlin Bardarson, CPHR Candidate Kaitlin is Human Resources Generalist at TDB Consultants Inc.. This is her third year on the council.
	Membership – Shawn Hegan, CPHR Shawn is a Human Resources Advisor at the University of British Columbia. This is his fourth year on the council.
	Mentoring – Irina Doering, CPHR Irina is an Instructor with CNC and UNBC and is in her fifth year on the council.
	Networking & Awards – Binny Johal, CPHR Candidate Binny is a Human Resources Generalist at Carrier Sekani Family Services and is in her second year on the council.
	North West Regional Advisor – Sherrie Little, CPHR Sherrie operates Bear Human Resource Services and joins the advisory council for the third year.
	Peace Region Regional Advisor – Jessie Drew, CPHR Jessie is Associate Vice President, People & Institutional Strategy at Northern Lights College. She is in her fourth year with the advisory council.
	Post Secondary – Willow Zambrano, CPHR Candidate Willow is a Human Resources Coordinator at Canadian Forest Products Ltd. and joins the council for the first time in 2021.
	Professional Development – Andrea Born, CPHR Andrea is Human Resources Manager at Sinclar Group Forest Products Ltd. She is in her second year on the council.
